Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about billing, onboarding, and package options.
Billing
How do your monthly fees work?
We price by package level based on scope and complexity. Packages are billed monthly with the payment due on the first of the month for that month's services.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept ACH and major credit cards. ACH is preferred for simplicity.
Can I change packages later?
Yes. You can move between Foundation, Momentum, and Catalyst as your needs change.
Onboarding
How long does onboarding take?
Most clients complete onboarding in 2–4 weeks depending on system access and cleanup needed.
What will you need from me?
Read-only access to banks and payroll, accounting system credentials, recent statements, and any prior financials or tax filings.
Do you clean up historical books?
Yes. We scope cleanup separately, then fold you into a steady monthly rhythm once accurate.
Packages
What’s included in Foundation vs. Momentum vs. Catalyst?
Foundation covers core bookkeeping and financials. Momentum adds tax compliance and KPI reporting. Catalyst includes strategic planning, analysis, and deeper advisory.
Which package should I start with?
If you want clean, reliable numbers, start with Foundation. If you also want tax handled and KPI insights, Momentum is best. For premium, strategic guidance and advisory services, choose Catalyst.
What tax services are included in the Momentum and Catalyst packages?
Momentum and Catalyst packages include tax compliance services, such as tax return preparation and filing for your business, subject to certain limitations. Base package includes federal tax returns and one state return. Additional states are available for an additional fee. Catalyst also includes strategic tax planning and consultation on unique tax situations. Common tax planning includes things such as quarterly tax estimates, advisement on tax treatment of capital expenditures, and more. Note that in certain unique cases, Catalyst may enlist the expertise of a third-party tax professional to assist with your unique tax needs. You will always be notified of any third-party tax professional involvement and will be given the opportunity to approve or decline.
